Coastline Bank Greater Port Macquarie Business Awards The Coastline Bank Greater Port Macquarie Business Awards is a celebration of excellence, innovation, and community spirit. To ensure an enjoyable, respectful and inclusive experience for all, this Code of Conduct applies to all Sponsors, Members, and Guest Attendees. By attending the event, you agree to the following:

1. Age Acknowledgement: All attendees must be 18 years or older. By purchasing or using a ticket, you confirm that you and any guests associated with your ticket are over the age of 18.

2. Respectful Behaviour: We are committed to fostering a safe, welcoming environment for all. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

This includes:
• Disrespectful language or conduct
• Intimidation or bullying
• Unwanted physical contact
• Offensive jokes or gestures
• Excessive intoxication or disorderly behaviour

3. Dress and Presentation: As this is a formal event celebrating business excellence, we ask all attendees to dress in cocktail or business attire and present themselves in a manner consistent with a professional and celebratory environment.

4. Responsible Consumption: Alcohol will be served at the event. We encourage responsible consumption and reserve the right to refuse service or remove any attendee who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

5. Photography & Media: By attending, you consent to photography and videography which may be used in future promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise the event organiser upon arrival.

6. Breach of Code: Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event and, where appropriate, exclusion from future Business Port Macquarie events.
