Following the hugely successful Business Accelerator Program we ran for Small Business Month in November 2022, we have continued ongoing education with our expert presenters, running every two months throughout the year. This month’s expert presenter is Susan Judd.
Are you impacted by the pressure of feeling stressed or even burnt out? Strained relationships with those around you? Or lacklustre productivity or motivation from your team? Then this session is for you. If you are questioning how to move forward; whether you are a one man band or lead a team of 100; the way you show up at work is impacting your business, from they way you deal with team conflict, to the way you make decisions, to the way you respond when stressed – these are all impacting your results and relationships.
In this workshop The EI Effect, participants can expect to:
• explore the current world of work;
• understand how our emotions affect our decisions, behaviour and performance;
• unpack the differences between stress and burnout; and
• learn Susan’s 6 top tips for enhancing your emotional intelligence at work
If you want to accelerate your business this working lunch is a ‘must-attend’.
