How has your year gone?
Have you had a chance to take a breath and sit back and reflect on what worked well and what you would like to change up for next year?
Our participants in The Small Business Accelerator Program have taken the opportunity to do exactly this with our five weekly workshops during November.
A huge thank you to our fabulous presenters starting with Stuart Goodfellow who took us all through doing business plans on one page that make sense and are easy to follow to keep us on track.
Stacey Morgan covered the message we are sending to our customers, and how we can make it clearer and more engaging whilst giving the customer the experience that they want o do more business with you.
David Ross made reading our financials so much easier to understand getting rid of the accounting jargon and putting it into plain English.
Susan Judd had us looking at our emotional intelligence as well as getting the right team around us and Bron Watson beautifully rounded out the month ensuring our marketing was planned and scheduled so that we don’t become a slave to it but we are reaching our right market.
With the tools, our participants were able to take away from these sessions they are in a great position to start the new year off with a bang. We look forward to watching their journey.
Apart from the great content it has also given them the opportunity to meet other business people in the area and know that they all have similar issues and are there for support.
We look forward to having a follow up lunch session with each presenter next year, so stay tuned for these workshops.
Speaking of getting the New Year off with a bang… Business Port Macquarie is proud to present the New Year’s Eve Fireworks Spectacular.
