Getting the most from your membership
Three quick guides to logging in, keeping your profile current, and finding deals from fellow members.
Reset your password
Never logged in before, or can't remember your password? This takes about a minute.
Step 1
Go to the password reset page
Visit the link below — you can bookmark this page for next time.

Enter your email
Use the email address your business is registered with, then submit the form.
Step 3
Check your inbox
Look for an email from Business Port Macquarie with your reset link. Not there? Check your spam folder.
Step 4
Set your new password and log in
Choose a password you'll remember, confirm it, and you're straight through to your account.
Tip: if you've genuinely never logged in before, this same process sets your password for the first time — there's nothing to "remember."
Update your profile
Your profile is what other members and the public see in our directory — worth a fresh look every so often.
Step 1
Log in and open "My Profile"
Once logged in, find My Profile in your account menu.
Step 2
Update your details
Refresh your logo, business description, contact details, and website link — anything out of date.
Step 3
Save your changes
Your updated profile is live in the member directory right away.
Tip: your business description isn't just for members browsing the directory — it also helps your business show up when people search terms like "bookkeeper Port Macquarie" or similar online. The more relevant detail you include, the more ways people can find you.
Logo tip: upload a square logo (e.g. 400×400px), PNG or JPG, on a white or transparent background. Rectangular banners or logos with lots of surrounding whitespace get cropped or shrunk awkwardly in the directory.
Member-to-Member Offers
A space just for members to share deals with each other, and discover offers from fellow businesses.
Step 1
Open "Member Deals"
Find it in your account menu once you're logged in.
Step 2
Browse offers from other members
See what fellow members are offering — discounts, bundles, and perks exclusive to the network.
Step 3
Share your own offer
Add a deal for other members to enjoy — a simple way to promote your business across the network.
