After many years working in Real Estate, Alex saw a need for more local face to face Real Estate Licensing training opportunities and started contracting to Unique Training Providers to provide this service. At the same time opening her own boutique agency, Holmes 4 U, as she believed it was important to her students that she was staying up to date in the industry and continuing to service her long term client base. Alongside this Alex is the Mid North Coast representative for Sotheby International. Alex is passionate about professional customer service, positive customer experiences and works with other small business owners, school groups and upcoming Real Estate agents in mentoring, as well as being an advice source for local Real Estate Agencies. Combined with this Alex has been in business with her husband Tim for the past 33 years and together they run Port Macquarie Tilt Tray Towing.
A strong advocate for community and bringing people together Alex, supported by Janette Hyde, has worked in conjunction with Port Macquarie-Hastings Council for the past ten years to bring the annual Countdown to Christmas celebrations to the community and also New Year’s Eve Fireworks.
Alex is a strong supporter of local business working together in strategic alliances helping each other out but also to provide great service and growing the reputation of the Hastings area to benefit the whole community and opportunity for all.
