The feel of spring is in the air and we have so much to be thankful for living in this beautiful part of the world. This is a great time of year to “Spring Clean” your business and have it looking great for the busy Spring/Summer trading season. Also a great time to think about who you can collaborate with in business to put together deals or bundles to benefit your businesses as well as tourists and locals alike. Maybe some great deals for Christmas presents or promotions. To give you an idea a few years ago I collaborated with a photographer and we sent out a Christmas card to all of my clients. The card had a voucher inside, as my Christmas gift, which entitled my clients to a free photo session from which they received a postcard size photo. Many clients took up the offer and then purchased more photos for themselves plus family for Christmas. This built great relationships for me with my clients as referral business and also helped the photographer increase her business and tapping into a different client base. These strategic alliances are great business builders. Who can you join with for mutual benefit?
We are very excited to be bringing the Australian Institute of Company Directors course to Port Macquarie from 23rd-27th October. This is the first time that we have been able to bring this to a regional area. Usually you would have to travel to Sydney for the week to take part. This assists our participants save on the expenses of travel and accommodation costs.
