At Full Strength

Please meet Linda Lenord from At Full Strength.

Linda is the founder of At Full Strength, which is a consultancy service that works with people within their businesses and helps them to be at their best.
The ‘human factor’ of people and teams is where the focus is, and make sure they are doing everything they can, helping them to grow their business.
Linda is called a strengths coach…teams are where she loves to engage, such as the number of schools and executive teams she works with up and down the east coast of Australia.

Being a consultant and a ‘strength’s coach’, Linda always starts with this idea of what is ‘right’ with people to work out how they can work within their team to get the most out of what they’re trying to achieve within the business.

Lucy Humphries Photography

Welcome, Lucy Humphries from @lucyhumphriesphotography.

You would have seen some of Lucy’s work on some of our new brand, and we could not be happier.

Lucy and her family moved to Port Macquarie almost four years now, after moving to Australia nearly seven years ago from the UK.

If you speak to Lucy, you will hear her British accent and became a citizen of Australia last year.

Photography has always been a passion; Lucy started her business three years ago with initially product photography due to the pandemic and inability to photograph people.

And then since we came out of the last lockdown things have been getting busier and busier.

Nowadays, you will find Lucy shooting families, weddings, pregnancies and newborns, along with business branding and profile portfolios.

When it comes to personal branding with photography, it’s an awesome way to show off you and what your business is all about.

Harvey Norman Electrical – Port Macquarie

Welcome to new member Peter Jones from Harvey Norman

Port Macquarie; Peter is the computer and electrical franchise owner.

We recently caught up with Peter, we had no idea Peter is a local. Peter’s grandparents first moved to Port Macquarie in the 1950s, and they had Owen Street shops back when the town had about 3,500 people.

Peter shared ‘I remember wanting to get into computers and getting my first job at Manning Computers, which was based over in Bay Street next to McDonald’s.

I heard Harvey Norman was the place to get a career and flew to Sydney and started my career off at Harvey Norman.

As an employee of Harvey Norman, you can start off in sales, work your way through to management, and then they grant you a franchise; I was able to run two franchises in Sydney before coming home to Port Macquarie.

From that very first dream at 16, sitting at the kitchen bench with dad, drawing up what the shop would look like, and dreaming of running his own computer shop til today…the dream is a reality
