2026 Annual General Meeting

Our 2026 AGM is on Thursday, 29 October at 5pm, at Settlers Inn, Hastings River Drive, Port Macquarie.

It’s a chance to look back on the year, hear from the Board, and welcome the people who’ll help steer Business Port Macquarie into 2027.

Ahead of the meeting, you can download this year’s Annual Report and the draft minutes from our 2025 AGM below.

The 2025 minutes will be put forward for confirmation on the night, so it’s worth having a read beforehand.
