Coast &Country Primary Care (CCPC) is a not-for-profit organisation specialising in delivering primary health and community care services to the community. Services delivered include GP After Hours, Respiratory Clinic, Mental Health and psychological services, chronic disease prevention programs, mobile homeless health clinic, Health on The Streets and NDIS services specialising in supporting people with mental illness. Primary care and NDIS services for CCPC are situated on the Central Coast, and in 2020 NDIS sites and staff have been established in Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.
