This business provides specialised town planning advice and property development management throughout the approval process stages. The business operator is a Certified Practicing Planner with the addition of an Environmental Science degree. Having worked in local government, LPM has a clear understanding of the legislation relevant to coastal management, habitat protection and property development through the three layers of government. The rules and regulations can be quite complex and are ever changing, so the ability to understand the requirements of government departments, as well as having experience in the private sector, are critical to ensuring a successful and timely outcome for each project.
